As you know, not everyone has the privilege of time and logistics to make it to the gym. But at the same time, we do want to get into (or stay in) good shape, feel healthy and be able to enjoy quality time with loved ones.

Unfortunately I can’t bring the gym to you, but I can help you attain those goals regardless, and that’s where MFB comes in!

MFB is NOT a one size fits all. Fitness and a general sense of well-being is a passion of mine, and that passion drives me to obtain the same results to my clients, and I invest heavily of myself to ensure that.

People of all ages, genders and sizes, can be intimidated by the youthful fit bouncing bodies at the gym, but don’t know where to start on their own. I am here to bridge the gap and keep you moving.

After an initial online/FaceTime meeting and questionnaire, your Personal Program will be worked out according to your specific needs, fitness level, time availability as well as any handicaps you may have.

REMEMBER: MFB is not a one size fits all, so you will not be receiving a generic programme identical to every other client. This is for you and you alone.

The fun part… every month, along with your Personal Programme, you will receive items designed to motivate and encourage you, because let’s be real here, we all start to lag in enthusiasm in time, so a pick me up is always exciting and motivating.

You will also be able to Face Time personally with me at specific times, so any immediate problem or changes that need to be made, can be made weekly and effectively. Or maybe you might need a “kick in the butt” to get you going again. I’ve had many of those in my time let me assure you. Bottom line: I’m not going to sign you and let you get on with it on your own.
